Ingredients

Makes 25 pieces

1 cup natural organic peanut butter

1/3 cup honey

1/2 cup unrefined coconut oil

1 1/2 cups of raw cacao powder

1/2 cup chopped raw Brazil nuts

1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds

1/2 cup Envirokidz Chocolate Koala Crisp cereal

1/2 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt - to sprinkle on top(We like to use a salt grinder and chunky salt)


Directions

1. Melt peanut butter, honey, coconut oil over medium-low heat.

2. Once melted, turn off heat and stir in the cocoa powder.

3. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.

4. Pour into a prepared 9 x 9 baking pan lined with parchment paper.

5. Sprinkle about 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan sea salt on top.

6. Refrigerate for 3 hours before removing, flipping and cutting.

7. Store in the fridge.
