That means no more chemical cleaners and toxic fumes, which also means saving some money on cleaning supplies too. Here are some of the great ideas from the list.

1. Make an all natural all purpose cleaning solution. Mix one cup of water with a 1/2 a cup of vinegar and 1/2 cup of vodka or rubbing alcohol. Stir it up, and than pour it into a spray bottle. To add some more cleaning power and aromatherapy, add in 10 -20 drops of eucalyptus and lavender essential oils. The all-purpose natural cleaner will disinfect, deodorise, and break down the toughest grease.

2. Get rid of hard water stains in your kettle, so it looks nice and new again. Get a package or two of citric acid and fill your kettle two-thirds full with water. Add in one of the packages of citric acid and boil the water for 3-5 minutes. You'll notice all of the scaling peeling off and floating in the water now. Pour the dirty water out of the kettle and rinse the kettle really well. Fill it with some clean water, boil it, and pour it out. Do this twice to get rid of all the particles and then you can return to using it as usual. To prevent these hard water stains, you can try rinsing out your kettle in between uses and don't leave any water sitting in it.

3. Clean out your oven the natural and easy way. Take 1 cup of baking soda and mix it with 1 tablespoon of dish soap. Then and add enough water to make a paste and apply the paste all over the inside of the oven. Leave it on the surfaces for at least 15 minutes or overnight if you have a really dirty oven and then start scrubbing with a scrubbing pad. You can even spray some vinegar on the baking soda to activate it more.

4. Wash out and deodorise your fridge. Mix a small amount of baking soda in water and then wash the entire inside of the fridge with it. Then dry off the walls and the shelves. Before you put your items back in, you can put down some press and seal wrap to protect your shelves from more spills and stains so the next time all you'll have to do is remove and replace the lining.
